Kyla currently works as a reporter at WISH-TV in Indianapolis. She joined the team after working at Rockefeller Center as an intern with NBCU Local on the National Digital Desk. She previously worked as a CNN intern on the health unit, as a digital journalist for WISH-TV, as a United States Senate Intern, and as a news director.

She believes local news is the heartbeat of her community and she keeps that top-of- mind in her reporting.
